The Crystal River Unit 3 containment purge valve position has been throttled to maintain (--

these conditions,the previous flow rates cannot be met.

Safety Analysis This change would not adversely affect the safety of Crystal River Unit 3 since neither the Limiting Condition for Operation nor the frequency of the Surveillance Requirements will change. The change in the filter testing flow rate would be made only to reflect current plant conditions which are consistent with the NRC " Interim Position for Containment Purge and Vent Valve Operation Pending Resolution of Isolation Valve Operability," October 23, 1979.
This change does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
