Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclo: ed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 36, requesting an amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No.
DP R-72. As part of this request, the proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
This change involves roatching the filter testing flow rate with current plant conditions.
Florida Power Corporation considers Change Request No. 36 to be a Class 11 amendment per 10 CFR 170.22 as it involves a change which has no safety significance. The license fee in the amount of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200) and a signed copy of the Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 86 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida, are enclosed.
