The Staff is in receipt of Congressman Dellums' letter of June 16, 1978 to Mr. Luton
with attached anonymous letter alleging unsafe conditions at GETR. A copy of this
anonymous lette.r had previously been received by the NRC's Office of Inspection
and Enforcement (OIE), Region V, on April 24, 1978.
Enclosed for your information is a copy of a Special Inspection Report which
presents the results of OIE's investigation into this matter during their inspec-
