Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is submitting one (1) signed original and ten (10) copies of Revision 19 to the Crystal River Unit 3 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). This revision is submitted in accordance with the requirements given in 10 CFR 50.71(e). Included in this FSAR Revision are the following:
o Section 1.7 was revised to reflect the organizational changes made to Nuclear Operations. ,
o Sections 2.2.2 and 2.2.7.1 were revised to reflect installation of a blockade at the bulkhead line of the site discharge canal.
o Section 4.2.3.8 was revised to reflect installation of an additional sample point for Radiation Monitor RM-A6.
o Chapters 5, 6, 9, and 14 were revised to reflect replacement of the sodium hydroxide system with passive trisodium phosphate baskets, o Sections 8.2.2 and 8.2.3 were revised to reflect the installation of the backup E.S. transformer.
o Section 10.6 was revised to reflect the addition' of the Auxiliary Feedwater (AFW) Pump, FWP-7, and associated equipment.
o Additicaal minor administrative changes.

Through an administrative error in compiling the updated FSAR, these appendices were inadvertently included.
The copy of the FSAR revision required by 10 CFR 50.4 for the NRC Resident Inspector will be provided to our Senior Resident Inspector through FPC's internal controlled documentation distribution system.
