With respect to the NRC's continuing investigation of the Dr. R.
L.-
Cloud matter, please provide to my office by December 31,1981, to the extent not already provided to the NRC, copies of all writings (memorandums, notes, letters, instructions, etc.) in any way reasonably related to the interim draft report by Robert L. Cloud Associates, Inc.
that was submitted to the NRC by PG&E on November 18, 1981. The material being requested should include, but should not be limited to:
(1) the revicw or revision by PG&E of working papers or drafts associated with the report, and (2) the discussions relating to the' report as contained in the transcript of the November 3,1981 meeting between the NRC staff and representatives from PG&E.
