Dear This letter involves the concerns that you brought to our attention on January 23,
1991, involving the licensee's Nuclear Safety Program.
In your discussion with Mr. Scott Stewart, of NRC Region I on July 15, 1991, you stated that your grievance had been settled, and that you were satisfied with the final resolution. As such, we intend no further involvement and consider this matter closed.
