Grand Gulf Uuclear Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-416 License No. NPF-13 File 0260/L-835.0 Quality Assurance Audit Reveals that the Temperature in the Division I Switchgear Room Exceeded T.S. Limits on September 27, 1982 LER 82-136/99 L-0 AECM-83/030 A December 15, 1982 Quality Assurance Audit revealed that the temperature in the Division I Switchgear Room had exceeded Technical Specification 4.7.8 limit of 104*F. The daily logs document a temperature of 105*F on September 27, 1982. Operations failed to identify this as a reportable event. Attached is LER 82-136/99 L-0.
