LER ATTACHMENT - RO #1-82-28 Facility:

BSEP Unit No. 1 Event Date: March 1, 1982 As a result of an event involving this instrumentation, as reported in LER 1-81-07 and several recent LERs, and a post-T'!I requirement, plant modification packages (1-80-79 and 80-016 for Unit No. 1 and 2-80-78 and 80-017 for Unit No. 2) have been developed. These modifications will install condensing pots in the reference legs in order to increase the accuracy and reliability of these instruments, and remove the requirement to have flow in the reference legs to ensure they are full.
