On December 4, 1982, with the reactor in cold shutdown, Shutdown Cooling l

(SDC) loop A of the Residual Heat Removal System was declared inoperable in I

order to perform a hydrostatic test of Standby Service Water loop A.

This event is reported in accordance with Technical Specifications 3.4.9.2 and

6. 9.1.13.b. Attached is LER 82-154/03 L-0.
