u CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS h

(( l The event is attributed to a bad relav contact on Sneed Switch (XES-2003A).

I l i li l [jipeed Switch XES-2003A was manually shifted to fast speed and Service Water I

l 1 l 2 l l Pump "A" started within 15 minutes. Speed Switch Relay repair was performed l

l i l a l 1 upon completion of Service Water Pump "C" alignment to Train "A".

Speed Switch l g4j l Relay inspection added to Statien Preventive Maintenance Program.
