STEPS TO BE TAEEN FOR CANCELLATION OF STEN 0 GRAPHIC REPORTING IF8 The following steps shall be taken to cancel the subject IFB and begin preparation for reissuance of the requirement utilizing a Request For Proposal.

Inform Program Offices of intent to cancel, explain reasons, present alternatives suggest fomation of Source Evaluation Panel 5/11/82.

3) Cancellttion Notice to all firms that requested copy of IFB in accordance with FPR l-2.203(a). Draft by 5/11/82.

4) CBD Notice cancelling IFB 5/12/82.
