File 0260/L-835.0 Reduced DC Electrical Reserves for Division I ECCS System Due to Improper Charger Maintenance Instruction Reference: LER 82-078/03 L-0 AECM-82/512 Battery Surveillance Procedure 06-EL-1L11-W-0001 revealed the voltage on the Division I DC Supply to be 121.7 volts DC.

This resulted in a reduction in the DC electrical reserve for the Division I ECCS System. This event is being reported under T.S.3.8.2.2, T.S.4.8.2.1.a.2, and pursuant to T.S.6.9.1.13.b.
