The failure of the flow sensor switch is considered an isolated failure and no further. corrective action is planned. The placing of the "B" local switch in the " Test" position was personnel error and investigation was failed to reveal the cause of this error. No further action is planned.

The heaters in the Standby Fresh Air Units serve to lower the inlet relar.ive humidity to prevent saturation of the charcoal filter media, thus increasing the efficiency of the filter for radioactive gases and/or vapors. No threat to the health and safety of the public existed nor was there a threat to plant safety. This is intended as a final report.
