EVENT OESCRIPTION AND PROBABLE CONSEQUENCES h IOl2llDuring the performance of a routinely scheduled 31-day surveillance, a dual status l 1013 l l indication for one suppression pool-to-drywell vacuum breakers caused the position l l o l4 l l of the valve to be indeterminate.
