QUESTIONS FR ECKHARDT HEARING As a result of this morning's questions, I would appreciate re-sponsos to the following:
1.
What would be the impact on the NRC of the continuing resolution that has been passed by the House of Representatives.
In particular, given that this continuing resolution is different than the usual continuing resolution, would we have adequate resources to continue M.
meeting our current obligations?
I suggest Controller provide me an l
C answer by COB, Thursday, September 25 (unless Congress has passed an FY 81 Appropriations Bill, thereby cancelling this question).
2.
Please provide the following table for all plants under construction or for which a construction application has been filed:
gk Licensee Architect / Engineer Constructor For each, indicate the number of nuclear plants in operation and the number of nuclear plants under construction.
I would suggest MPA provide that information by COS, Monday, September 29.
3.
Please provide a status report on the Action Plan item II.J.3..
