On October 19, 1989 weissuedGenericLetter(GL)8921whichrequested information concerning the status of implementation of unresolved safety issues (USIs) at your f acility. Based on your response to this GL, dated November 27, 1989, our review of Agency records and discussions with your staff, we have compiled the enclosed list representing our assessment of USI implementation.
These results were presented to the Comission at a meeting on February 14, 1990. to this letter presents our understanding of the current status of all unimplemented USIs for the Beaver Valley. We encourage your effort to complete the unimplemented USIs.
