LICENSEE CORRESPONDENCE RELATING TO ESCALATED V
ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS After an Enforcement Action (EA) is taken for which OE has concurred on, any subsequent licensee correspondence should be forwarded to OE for review that takes issue with the enforcement action such as the vic16 tion er the severity level. - The purpose of this is to ensure that OL is afforded the opportunity to review all material that might provide new or additional information that q
bares upon a particular EA, whether or_ not a civil penalty has been issued.
.l Consequently, each Region and NRR/0SP should ensure that appropriate office procedures are revised to place OE on the distribution lists of all licensee responses related to an EA.
In addition, please coordinate with OE our correspondence with the licensees on these matters.
