Conersry to 10 CFR 50, Appendix 3, Criterion V; the SNUPPS PSAA, Chapter 17, Paragraph 17.1.5; and the SNUPPS Standard Quality Assurance Manual, Section 3-3, Paragraph 3.2; it was de: ermined that the cadweld inspection criteria found in QCP-118, Section 4.4 did not re flec t the require =ent in the cadweld production procedure WP-118, which, in Section 3.9 requires th a t a cadweld be identified wi:h a die stamp. Contrary to 10 CFR 50, Appendix 3, Criterion IV; the SNUPPS PSAR, Chapter 17, Paragrapn 17.1.15; the SNUPPS Standard Quality Assurance Manual, Section 3-9, Paragraph 9.2.1; and D&niel International procedure AP-VII-02 entitled " Control of Noncon-formances," i: was deter =ined that overlength shear ties were identified as being in the reinforcement for :he third lif t of the reactor containment vall, but were no: documented and disposi:ioned as nonconforming items.
