Tnus, pursuant to the provisions of 10 C.F.R. 3 2./49, any response which Joint Intervenors file would be due by October 28, 1961. tiowever, inasmuch as a prehearing conference in tnis proceeding has been scheduled by the presiding Licensing Board for October 20, 19d1, I would suggest tnat if Joint Intervenors could have any such responste prepared by that date, the board as well as tne other parties could be efficiently served in St. Louis at that tioe.
