lil,] Ifan loose en the shaft producing the filings. The loose fan replaced in 1974 by thel 1,i,iJmanufacturer appeared to have inadequate shrink fit and the set screw was loose.

l W lFan was repaired and a second set screw added. Rotor was balanced, reinstalled, andl I i l 4 I l-totor nroven onernble. The other noter sum s were inspected and no filings found.
