This refers to a telephone conversation between you and me on October 31, 1980.
We understand, based upon the above described conversation, that you will take the following actions.
Make the reactor coolant system (RCS) subcooling meter installation fully a.
operable prior to power operation, including incorporation into operating and emergency procedures and training of plant personnel.
(Refer to your November 30, 1979 and December 17, 1979 commitments to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.)
b.
Make the acoustical monitoring system for the RCS power operated relief valves and safety valves fully operational prior to power operation, includ-ing installation of control board flow meters for each valve, full equipment calibratio1, incorporation into operating and emergency procedures, and training of plant personnel.

Conduct a comprehensive review of the status of accomplishment of the TMI c.
