On October 27, 1978, you submitted a request for amendment to the operating license for the Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.1.

On July 31, 1979, we requesteo additional information to support our review of your proposed steam line break protection system and N-1 loop operation.

Your response of August 28, 1979, did not answer the questions concerning N-1 loop operation.

It is requested that you submit your response to the N-1 lcop operation questions within 30 days of receipt of this letter in order that we may complete our review.
