(1) The information presented to NRC at the January 26, 1979 meeting to discuss the Millstone Unit No. 2 Reload Application (Proprietary).

(2) Non-proprietary version of the above information.

Included with this information is the Westinghouse Application for Withholding, CAW-79-10, and related affadavit, CAW-79-10, to support the Application for Withholding.

This information is being supplied pursuant to a verbal request by NRC at the January 26, 1979 meeting referenced above, and includes descriptions and drawings of fuel assembly test setups, photographs of actual test hardware, hydraulic test data, and results of hydraulic calculations.

This submittal contains proprietary information of Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

In conformance with the requirements of 10CFR2.790, as amended, of the Commission's regulations, we are enclosing with this submittal an appli-cation for withholding from public disclosure and an affidavit. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission.
