APPLICANTS' WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION TO COMPEL CASE Texas Utilities Generating Company, et al. (" Applicants")

hereby withdraw Applicants' February 23, 1981 Motion to Compel Citizens Association for Sound Energy (" CASE") to respond to Applicants' second set of interrogatories to CASE, filed January 12, 1981. CASE submitted its answers to Applicants' second set of interrogatories on February 6, 1981. For the reasons set forth in Applicants' motion to compel, CASE's initial answers were inadequate responses to Applicants' interrogatories. Subsequently, on March 13, 1981, CASE filed a supplement to its answers to Applicants' second set of interrogatories. In these circumstances, Appli-cants hereby withdraw their February 23, 1981 motion to compel.

Applicants do not withdraw or modify their motion to require supplementation included in their February 23, 1981,

iubmission. / Applicants believe that it remains appropriate for the Board to require supplementation of CASE's responses, as requested in the February 23 motion, as new information is developed by or becomes available to CASE. For the reasons set forth in the motion to require supplementation, Applicants urge the Board to grant that motion.
