REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM FLOW-INDICATION (CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT 3)
This letter is in' reply to your letter dated February 17, 1977, wherein you requested an additional 60 days in which to provide us with details of the design modification to the reactor coolant system flow indication, and to allow time to discuss the pvvblem with the NRC staff. You also requested a meeting with the staff.
We have arranged a meeting with your representatives to discuss this matter, among other items, on March 30 and 31,1977. We have

no objection to other BAL licensees attending this meeting, and have informed Toledo Edison Company in the matter of Davis Besse Unit 1 that this meeting has been scheduled.
l Also, we have no objection to extending the time for submittal of design modifications an additional 60 days to April 17. 1977.
