Dear Mr. Reid:
In your letter of March 12, 1979, you identified a satisfactory modification to the CR #3 RC flow sensing system that would satisfy Condition 2.C.(7) of the CR #3 Operating License.
As per your March 12th request, this letter is to inform you that Florida Power Corporation intends to install a redundant set of flow sensing lines at Crystal River Unit 3.
This modification will be made during the upcoming refueling outage beginning April 23, 1979.
The specific details concerring this modification will be submitted for your review and approval on or before March 30, 1979.
