1 The revised completion dates set forth are deemed acceptable. However, if further delays in fully implementing the final measures contained in the Rancho Seco physical security plan are proposed, we intend to review the continued acceptability'of any remaining temporary measures relative to the overall effectiveness of your security program.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of March 19,1980 con-tains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and shall be subject to disclosure only in ac:ordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
