On December 21, 1979, five copies of Revision 7 to the Rancho Seco Unit No.1 Physical Security Plan were mailed to your office and one copy to the NRC Region V, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Walnut Creek, CA.
Enclosed you will find five copies of two pages to be inserted into the Physical Security Plan. Remove from your manual the List of Effective Pages, Amendment 7, A-Contd. (Second page) and replace it with the enclosed page. Page 5-9 is to be inserted immediately after page 5-8; no pages should be removed. These copies have been sent to the Region V, Office of I&E, Walnut Creek, CA.
