As required by the Commission's Rules and Regulations, Appendix B, 10CFR73, the Sacramer,to Municipal Utility District is submitting a Security Training and Qualifications Plan.
Enclosed are five (5) copies of the Plan.
We are also sending one (1) copy of the Plan to the Office of Inspection and Enforcement, USNRC, Region V.
It is requested that as a minimum, this Plan be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Section 9.5(a)(4) of 10CFR9 and Section 2.790(d) of 10CFR Part 2.
