Since receipt of IE Bulletin 79-27, " Loss of Non-Class IE Instrumentation and Control Power System Bus Duri ng Operation", FPC has been reviewing the Crystal River Unit 3 design and procedures for these systems.

This letter is to inform you that we will require additional time to complete our review and evaluation of the Non-Class IE Instrumentation & Control Power Systems at CR-3.

We will notify you as soon as possible of our schedule for completion of this effort.
