On March 12, 1980, Florida Power Corporation responded to Items 1 through 5 and the three (3) additional items specific to Crystal River Unit 3, re-quested in Enclosure 3 of your March 6,1980 letter.
We stated in that letter that our response to Items 6 and 7 of Enclosure 3 of your letter would be submitted by March 17, 1980.

Response
On March 4,1980, Florida Power Corporation ideritified a preliiiiiriary corrective action plan regarding the recent CR-3 event.
On March 12, 1980, we submitted for your review our corrective action plan which will be accomplished prior to the restart of Crystal River Unit 3.
This action, which has been expanded to twenty three (23) items, adequately addresses the design, procedure, and training re-view requested in IE Bulletin 79-27.
We are presently projecting the restart of CR-3 to occur between May 18, 1980 and June 1,
1980.
Prior to the restart of CR-3, FPC w;ll respond to IE Bulletin 79-2/
sumnarizing the results of our review as well as the design and pro-cedural changes implemented or proposed.
