FTTl I the power supply was inadvertently grounded by an instrument probe.

ITTTI I caused the 115 VAC breaker supplying the rack to trip and a voltage transient l

occurred on the 1B 115 VAC vital instrument bus resulting in the Air Particulate l

o s l O 6 l Detector to trip.

In addition, spurious outputs from the computer printed out and a l Action Statement l

lO l7l l spurious RMS output caused a containment ventilation isolation.

10lsl l 3.3.3.1 and 3.4.6.1 were entered. Alarms were verified cleared, containment ventilation isolation reset and APD returned to service.
