1-79-4 Facility: BSEP Unit #1 Event Date 1/5/79 no action to increase the nitrogen volume. To prevent misreading of the conversion graph, the CAD tank level indicators will be marked with specific limits. The marks reflect the Technical Specification limit and a required operator action limit. The control operators Daily Surveillance Report (DSR) now requires these limits be verified.

The above corrective actions should prevent similar events from occurring.
