1 LER CONTINUATION -- RO# 1-79-7 Facility: BSEP Unit #1 Event Date 1/9/79 construction personnel. It is believed the charging motor switch had inadvertently been turned off . Construction personnel have been asked to be extremely aware of their surroundings while working. This is considered an isolated event, and no further corrective action is required.
