Request for Extension for RAI Request issued April 5, 2018 (ML18060A063)

The University of Texas at Austin Docket 50-602, License R-129 Sirs:
We respectfully request an extension of the time allowed to respond to the Request for Additional Information issued April 5, 2018. The original request for additional information and a second copy (transmitted July 11, 2018) has not been received at the facility to date. A copy was received on July 24 by secure electronic transmission.
We are prepared to address most of the items in the RAI at this time, but one item remains unresolved pending receipt of information from the University of Texas Police Department. We therefore request an extension for completing the response to September 30, 2018. This extension will provide time to obtain the required information from UTPD, complete the response submittal, revise the subject document, and conduct a comprehensive review by our staff prior to submission.
