I During the Refueling Outage as a follow-up action to repairs, made in 1979 in I)))) I response to NRC Bulletin 79-13, a complete RT and UT examination was performed on Nos. 11, 12, 13 and 14 Steam Generator Feedwater Nozzle to pipe welds.

This examination revealed a linear indication appearing to be an unfused area in the root portion of a butt weld on No. 13. Steam Generator.
