CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS @

43 44 47 The cause was a failed flow transmitter which was determined on 4/29/80.

It was DJJJ thought on 4/24/80, the cause was instrument drift, and on 4/28/80, the sensing [J]J]

line for the transmitter was clogged.

Each time repairs were effected, the Fan Coil Unit proved operable and the Action Statement terminated.
