Seven pieces

((II] 1comprising approximately half of the total square inches of missing pieces were C2:I]J 1recovered.

Evaluation of the remaining missing pieces shows that operation of the [QJ]J 1reactor with unaccounted for pieces of grid strap material does not pose a safety-

This is the first occurrence of this type.

The procedures for the o:::I]J Jfuel shuffle were modified to incorporate strict load device readings-and minimize-

Assemblies with less than full fuel rod l1IiJ I support were not loaded into cycle 2 load.
