In a letter dated August 18, 1994, we informed the NRC of our intention to use the revised seismic hazard curves published in NUREG-1488, "Revised Livermore Seismic Hazard Estimates For 69 Nuclear Power Sites East Of The Rocky Mountains" which are part of one of the modified procedures described in Supplement 5 of Generic Letter 88-20. None of the other modified procedures authorized by Supplement 5 were implemented.
Our June 30, 1995, submittal of the IPEEE is based on the revised seismic hazard curves of NUREG-1488. This submittal is currently being reviewed by the NRC.
