Mr. Dodd is a consultant to the staff on eddy current test technology.

Mr. Dodd's report of this meeting is enclosed.

At the time the meeting was held, the CPCo program was not yet completed; however, based upon the April 13, 1989, discussions the staff and Mr. Dodd concluded that the CPCo qualification program was addressing the appropriate issues satisfactorily.
