NUCLEAR PLANT WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPI -21, SUPPLEMENT (93-010-07) TO LICENSEE EVENT REPORT NO.93-010 Transmitted herewith is a supplement (93-010-07) to Licensee Event Report No.93-010 for WNP-2. This report is submitted in response to the report requirements of 10CFR50.73 and discusses the items of reportability, corrective action taken, and action taken to preclude recurrence.

The supplemental information discusses two additional reportable findings (items 22 and 23) of the Technical Specification Surveillance Improvement Project (TSSIP) and provides an updated status of previous corrective actions.

These changes, as well as minor editorial

changes, are indicated by revision bars in the right hand margin.

In addition, the Supply System has reconsidered the position taken in Docket Letter G02-93-202, dated August 6, 1993.

The letter stated the intent to submit future supplements to LER 93-010 on an approximate quarterly basis.

This action was based on the reportability guidance provided in NUREG 1022, Supplement 1, for similar example situations.

However, after discussions with the NRC Project Manager and further consideration, the Supply System has elected to submit any additional reportable TSSIP findings on a monthly basis.

As before, immediate notification willbe provided for any items determined to meet the requirements of 10CFR50.72.
