PURPOSE This procedure provides actions to respond to a S/G high level condition and to address the S/G overfill concern.

o Throughout this procedure, "affected" refers to any S/G in which narrow range level is greater than 67X.
o Adverse CNMT values should be used whenever CNMT pressure is greater than 4 psig or CNMT radiation is greater than 10-

1 Identify Affected S/G(s):
a.
Narrow range level - GREATER THAN 67X
- a. IF less than 67X in all S/Gs, THEN return to procedure and step in effect.
2 Verify FW Isolation To Affected S/G(s):
a.
MFW pumps - TRIPPED b.
MPW flow control valve(s)-
CLOSED

- a. Trip MFW pumps.
- b. Manually close valves.

8 Establish Blowdown From Affected S/G(s):
- a. Reset SI and CI
- b. Reset XY relays for affected S/G blowdown valves
- c. Place blowdown key switch for affected S/G to defeat
- d. Verify S/G blowdown valves-OPEN
- e. Dispatch AO to establish blowdown to condenser or flash
- tank, as desired (Refer to T-14F, STEAM GENERATOR BLOWDOWN SYSTEM STARTUP) 9 Return To Procedure And Step In Effect
