Section 16.1 - TSTF based Commitments Section 16.2 - System Mission Times

RBS USAR Revision 24 16.1-2 16.1 - TSTF based Commitments The following are commitments required by amendments based upon standards TSTFs.

TSTF Number Commitment Notes As discussed in the notice of availability published in the Federal Register for these TS improvements, plant-specific regulatory commitments are made.

423 As approved by the NRC in Amendment 185. (Entergy will follow the guidance of) NUMARC 93-01 Section 11, which provides guidance and details on the assessment and management of risk during maintenance.

Entergy has previously committed to this guidance as included in the application for TSTF-427 and approved by the NRC in Amendment 173, therefore, no new commitment is required.

Entergy will follow the guidance established in TSTF-IG-05-02 "Implementation Guidance for TSTF-423, Revision 2, Technical Specification End States, NEDC-32988-A."

16.2 - System Mission Times System mission times are contained in Design Criteria 245.600, Operability Time for Class 1E Equipment.
