CLOSURE OF INVESTIGATION (014-2016-011)

Dear Mr. Peters:

This refers to an investigation conducted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's)

Office of Investigations regarding activities at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. The Office of Investigations initiated the investigation to determine whether inaccurate and incomplete information was willfully documented related to maintenance activities at Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Glen Rose, Texas .

Based on the evidence developed during the investigation, the allegation that personnel assigned to Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant willfully documented inaccurate and incomplete information related to maintenance activities was not substantiated. The NRC plans no further action related to the willful aspects of this allegation and considers this investigation closed .
