UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 June 24, 2015 Mr. Robert Braun President and Chief Nuclear Officer PSEG Nuclear LLC - N09 P.O. Box 236 Hancocks Bridge, NJ 08038 *

SUBJECT:

HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION - CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 198 REGARDING UPDATE OF APPENDIX B TO THE RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE (TAC NO. MF5389)

Dear Mr. Braun:

On June 17, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 198 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-57 for Hope Creek Generating Station (Hope Creek), and Amendment Nos. 308 and 290 to Renewed Facility Operating License Nos.

DPR-70 and DPR-75 for Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15141A271). The amendments were issued in response to PSEG Nuclear LLC's (PSEG) application dated December 9, 2014, as supplemented by letter dated April 9, 2015 (ADAMS Accession Nos. ML14343A926 and ML15099A766, respectively). The amendments revised PSEG's Environm.ental Protection Plans (Non-Radiological).

On June 22, 2015, PSEG staff notified the NRC staff that one of the license pages revised by Hope Creek Amendment No. 198 was in error. Specifically, on page 3 of the license, License Condition C.(2) incorrectly refers to Appendix S instead of Appendix Band the amendment number was inadvertently left off the bottom of the same page. The corrected page 3 is enclosed.

Please replace page 3 of Renewed Facility Operating License No. NPF-57 with the enclosed page. The NRC staff regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have any questions, please contact me at 301-415-1603 or carleen.parker@nrc.gov.

Sincyely, j "--:>
