Submittal of Integrated Initial License Training Examination Materials In accordance with NUREG 1021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards," Rev. 9 Supplement 1, the documents listed in Table 1 regard ing the Braidwood Initial License Written Exam that was administered on November 24, 2014, were hand delivered to Dell McNeil, Examiner, Region Ill on December 3, 2014.

• Graded written examinations plus a clean copy of each applicant's answer sheet (ES-403}, "Grading Initial s;te-Specific Written Examinations"

• Master examination and answer key(s}. annotated to indicate any changes made while administering and grading the examination

• Questions asked by and answers given to the applicants during the written examination (ES-402)

• Substantive comments made by the applicants following the written examination (ES-402)

• Written examination seating chart (ES-402)

• Completed Form ES-403-1, 'Written Examination Grading Quality Checklist" (ES-403 and Section D.1)

• Results of written examination performance analysis that was performed, with recommended substantive cl1anges and technical references (ES-403)
