Subject:
NRC Initial License Post Examination Activities In accordance with 10 CFR 55 Subpart E, "Written Examinations and Operating Tests," and NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing and Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Revision 12, Section ES-4.4, "Grading and Documenting Written Examinations," the facility licensee shall forward examination documentation to the NRC chief examiner as soon as possible, but not more than 20 calendar days, after all parts of the licensing examination have been administered. The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC that Braidwood Station does not challenge the test results and has no post-examination comments for the initial licensed operator examination administered which was concluded on March 27, 2022.
The following examination documentation required by NUREG-1021 Revision 12, Section ES-4.4 will be submitted via box.com electronic systems to James Nance, Chief Examiner, NRC Region Ill:
Graded written examination and clean copy of each applicants answer sheet.
Master written examination and answer key.
Questions asked by applicants and answers given.
Exam administration / post-examination review comments.
Written Exam Seating Chart.
Written Examination Grading Quality checklist.
Results of performance analysis for the written exam.
Examination Security Agreements.
