Location of Meeting: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region III Office Suite 210 2443 Warrenville Road Lisle, IL 60532-4352 Purpose of Meeting: This is a meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (Entergy) to discuss the significance associated with a finding and associated apparent violations of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 20.1201, Occupational Dose Limits for Adults, and Technical Specification 5.4 Procedures, due to the apparent failure to ensure that radiation worker dosimeters calibrated to the Deep Dose Equivalent (DDE) were located at the highest exposed portion of the respective compartment, a condition of the NRC-approved method for determining effective dose equivalent external (EDEX). The finding and apparent violations are discussed in Inspection Report 05000255/2014010 and the preliminary significance appears to be of low to moderate safety significance (White).
