Location: U.S. NRC Region III Room Number: Suite 210 2443 Warrenville Road, Suite 210 Lisle, Illinois 60532 Purpose of Meeting: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss apparent violations identified as the result of an investigation by the NRC Office of Investigation. This will be an alternative dispute resolution session and will employ a mutually agreeable mediator to discuss issues, clear up misunderstandings, be creative, find areas of agreement, and reach a final resolution of the issues. The circumstances related to the apparent violations are described in a letter providing the results of NRC Investigation Report 3-2013-018. This letter is available in the NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html at Accession Number ML14085A472; however, the enclosure to the letter is not publicly available.
