The Regulatory Conference with the licensee is to discuss a Preliminary White finding associated with the failure of a safety-related service water pump (P-7C) on August 9, 2011.
The conference will also address whether enforcement action is warranted. The details regarding the issue are contained in Inspection Report 05000255/2011016 (ML113330819).
